Elizabeth Gaskill rocks my stockings

Bethany owns the *ultimate* DVD set: Elizabeth Gaskill's "Wives and Daughters," "North and South," and "Cranford" . . . it's true.

So, since it's a very rare occurance that all four of us ("us" meaning Papa Bear (Bethany), Mama Bear (Hannah), Lil' Elyse, and me) are all in the house, awake, at the same time. So we have to embrace every opportunity.

And this is done, in the only practical way possible: grabbing the cookies and tea, cuddling under a blanket on the couch in the living room, and watching BBC mini-series.

We have one episode of Cranford to go, and it's killing me! Will Sadie and her father ever forgive Dr. Harrison for the misunderstanding?! Will little William be allowed to continue to learn to read?! Will Miss Maddie be able to recover from bankruptcy?! *gasp*

I can't handle this.
